Revvin Beepin Wheel IS NOT INCLUDED
This toy is exactly like the other one that is $10.00 more. But, the Revvin Beepin Wheel is not included and I could not find anywhere that you could purchase it separately.

So, if you want the wheel ...order the other one.

Still having fun a year later
My son got this Tonka ride-on for his 1st birthday. He played with it by pushing it around and storing little toys in its cargo area. Now that he is just past his 2nd birthday, he is riding around the house and playing with all the sounds on the wheel. A good, sturdy toy that will keep them entertained through different stages.
Not that great
My son received this as a gift for Christmas when he was 9 months old. He was interested in the little blocks and did like to push it around. He also enjoyed sitting on it and pressing the buttons. Now that he is older- almost 2, he does all the same things but does not ride on it at all. The steering wheel does not control the wheels so it is a little awkward. The toy is well made but I think it is overrated. I would get rid of it if my husband would let me.

Product Features :

• This 3-in-1 dump truck helps boys transition from crawling to walking, then converts to a ride-on toy for added fun!
• Little boys will love the scooping action that picks up the shape-blocks and other small toys (not included), and then tosses them into the dump bed!
• When your child is ready, the seat easily converts to a walker handle and the gravel guard becomes a ride-on handle.
• And the wide rear axle provides extra stability for on-the-go fun!
• All this from Tonka, the brand Mom has trusted her rugged little guys with for years and years!

Daily Favorite
Unlike some of the other reviews I've read, our hippo gobbles pretty well. Not only does he gobble blocks, but I've seen other objects pop up into his belly.

That said, this is by far one of my daughter's favorite toys. I bought it for her when she was around 9 or 10 months old. We have other Peek-a-Blocks at home which she really enjoys, so I figured that if she wasn't really into the hippo, she'd at least have new blocks. Well, it turns out she LOVES the hippo, and plays with it daily. It's given her so much confidence and has probalby been strengthening her muscles - all of them, since she not only walks with the hippo, but swings it around as well! Hey, it's got to be durable if it can stand that much abuse.

We haven't tried the ride-on conversion as of yet, but as far as I can tell, she enjoys playing with the blocks and she's delighted for being so mobile.

All in all, I'd consider this toy a pretty good value for the money. At less than...

Love it!
Before you buy this though, ask yourself: do I want to encourage my crawler who already gets into everything to be even more mobile? Really, shouldn't we be doing everything we can to keep those kids as immobile as possible? I don't know about you but the keep-up-with-your-toddler exercise plan is wiping me out. Our 9 month old daughter was already pretty mobile but had just started to cruise and wasn't great at it. Well along comes Mr. Hippo and forget it. She's toddling all over the place now and it's only a month later. At first he was a little too fast for her but now she can keep up. Our dogs go running when they hear old gobble-and-go clipping across the floor heading straight their way.

On the "gobble" topic. He doesn't exactly gobble that well, it's true. The mechanism that pushes the blocks from his "mouth" to his middle is very soft and turns very loosely so sometimes the blocks just sit against it in his "mouth". Hey, that's okay...
Not what I expected!
We are huge peek a block fans in our home, so when this toy came out, I went right out and got it for our daughter's first b-day. We played with it right away, but I was not impressed! Of course the blocks are great, but Mr. Hippo doesn't eat up his food like he is supposed to, my daughter has a hard time pushing him cause the handle is small, and to top it off, she has a hard time riding on him cause she is very tall and just can't move her legs right when she is on him. As excited as I was to purchase this toy, I will be returning it as soon as I can. We are going to get her something a little more suitable. I would not reccommend this toy, and am kind of disappointed by Fisher Price with this toy. (I am still a huge fan of Fisher Price though!)

Product Features :

• The hippo's head bobs up and down as he gobbles up blocks
• Early walkers can push it along to steady first steps and encourage movement
• Includes five delightful Peek-a-Blocks with favorite foods inside-cereal, broccoli, carrots, pie, and a PB&J sandwich
• Lots of block storage space, too
• Age Range 9 Months-2 Years

Does NOT fit 2004 Stokke Care Changing Table Model
Purchased this desk kit to make use of the Stokke Care changing table that we purchased in 2004 for our first child. This desk set as explained & shown to me by an expert professional handyman does NOT fit our existing 2004 table sides or legs even with significant adjustments to the desk top kit (cutting the MDF top) to match the radius curve of the side rails in either direction. As a result, I returned the desk top and had the handyman simply lower the top changing table surface to desk height. This table is significantly smaller than the desk I had hoped would ultimately be used by our now 7 year old child. Very disappointing.

We have purchased many Stokke products (2 Trip Trapp chairs & back/seat cushions; Sleepi crib -modified from mini to junior size; Xplory stroller; Care Changing Table) over the years because of the "grow with me" features & adjustability. In retrospect, the dual functions really are not such a great feature since the child simply grows into...

Parts don't fit
I did not believe other reviews, and purchased the kit. I was in love with my stokke diaper changing table that we used every day for 3 years - first to change twins - you can fit 2 babies on it, and later on as a storage rack. It was my favorite piece of baby furniture! The desk kit does not fit!!!! It was a waiste of $160+ You can't convert it to the desk!

Product Features :

• Convert the Stokke Care changing table into larger study desk as your child grows
• Made from laminated beechwood for a strong and durable product
• Easy to clean
• Matching the Stokke Care changing table color
