VTech Sit-to-Stand Activity Walker
As baby grows, Sit-To-Stand Activity Walker keeps interactive learning front and center-eventually helping babies stand on their own two feet. Three learning modes teach babies colors, numbers, animals and sounds as they sit, stand or even get up and go. The durable design, with chunky wheels and an easy-to-grasp handle, turns the toy into an opportunity for baby to take those first steps. The colorful light-up buttons, fun sound effects, and bright red steering wheel put baby in the driver's seat at every learning stage.
With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Not Sturdy
We purchased this walker for our son, who is now ten months old. The top console pivots: down for when the baby sits or up for when the baby stands. But in either location, the base is way too light. Before our baby was standing, we let him sit at the unit and use the console. But he grabbed the handle, and must have leaned back a little, and the whole unit came tumbling after him. No major injuries, but he was still frightened. Now that he's standing, whenever he tries to pull himself up on this, it seems to fall over. And unlocking the wheels seems to also cause him to fall every time. We only let him near this toy when we can actively prevent him from falling.

The base on this unit really needs to be heavier to prevent falls: right now, this toy is not sturdy at all. We also purchased the Vtech learning activity table, which is very good and very sturdy. I would recommend that over this toy.

Unsafe base - Enjoyable Activities
The base is not safe. If my child pushes too hard while trying to walk, he topples over with the unit. While I am always with my son when he is trying to walk with the unit, I don't want to see his confidence undermined by constantly toppling forward using the unbalanced walker. The front base needs to be extended before it will be safe. The activity center is great on the floor. My son loves the sounds and lights. The buttons help him develop dexterity in his fingers.
not safe
I bought this toy for my ten month old, when the toy is in the walker stage I found if she looses her balance the toy tips back ontop of her.
