what a cute and super convenient product
I purchased this for my 9 months old, who loves to pull herself up but does not walk yet.
I love the fact that the wheels are rubber, and uneven (I mean, they are not fixed by their middle which gives an up and down motion while it moves), it slows down the animal which is perfect for learning to walk.
for now she gets to ride on it while we push... a bit too low to push, it's not a wagon! But perfect for what we got it for.

just perfect
I bought this for my grandaughter as a christmas gift. Zinn's moms' prefer organic -non toxic toys and the wonderworld ride on zebra fit that requirement. This was the first time I ordered from this company and was very satisfied. The zebra is just adorable, made of high quality materials, and a snap to asssemble. Although Zinn is only 7 months I know she will be riding around on her Zebra in no time. Grammie recommends this product.
Poor customer service
The product is great, but customer service was disappointing. The product arrived with a bent wheel. We found that the bolt holding the wheel was bent. The wheels came attached to the toy, so it was obviously bent when shipped. We contacted the company and were told it would take 6-8 weeks to send a new piece. We purchased the Ride-On Zebra to help my grand-daughter learn to walk. By the time the replacement part arrives she will most likely be walking. How long would it take to put the bolt in an envelope and mail it?
